All of our products are FINAL SALE, meaning no returns or exchanges after they are purchased.
The exception of course is if the item is damaged or defective.

SHIPPING

***We are expecting a high volume of orders so shipping times may be delayed. We will be processing orders as soon as they come in so make sure if you need an address change that you reach out to info@matrixxsupps.com as soon as you can. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Please note: Orders placed during special promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday Sale) may require additional processing time.
For shipping times you can expect around:
US: 5 business days
Canada: 7-8 business days
ROW: 9-10 business days

Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number different factors, many of which are beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, etc. may cause unanticipated delays. While we’ll do our best to get your order to you ASAP, we regret that we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates at this time.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
